Hang Ah’s Natural 3 step Skincare Project

I love everything about this scene because it means so much on so many levels. On one level, it’s Jae Ha’s form of apology for not giving Hang Ah moisturizer the first time they met and for giving her an empty bottle of moisturizer as a present. On a deeper level, this is Jae Ha’s chance to show Hang Ah he’s changed, he’s not the same jerk he was back then; this time he’s not going to give her empty promises/empty bottles of moisturizers. Naming the products: “I’m sorry”, “Thank You”, and “I Love You” is also so significant to me. A skincare routine only works when you use everything, and the same goes for a relationship, you can’t get it to work if you’re not willing to use these three words on a daily basis. Hang Ah is literally taking in these three words everytime she uses these products, and it’s also as if Jae Ha is making up for all the times he could not say these things to her on a daily basis :).
